Dear Valued Customers,

The original official holiday for FastTech: 12 days from January 20, 2020 to January 31, 2020. All services resume on February 1, 2020, at 9:30 am Hong Kong Time. But the ongoing coronavirus spread caused China to extend the Lunar New Year holiday to February 10, 2020 Hong Kong Time. However, as the local government has set new resumption requirements, we have to postpone the work from home to maintain normal services until February 17, 2020.

The following is the update of resumption or extension of services:

-- Customer service --

Customer service is currently available with limited capacity as we continue to work from home.
We will reply to the customer's tickets as soon as possible, if there is an urgent order problem, you can contact us in the forum to give a priority

-- Tracking service --

Most post offices confirmed that the packages shipped before the holiday will be traceable during the holiday.

-- Postal Services --

We start to ship the packing backlog orders during the holidays to February 12, 2020 and try to ship all before February 19, 2020. (Need to calculate according to the operation time of logistics-logistics agent).

Orders after February 12 shipping is now expected to resume normal service on February 19, 2020.

ETA orders are shipped according to the ETA date. We are afraid it maybe 3-7 days delayed as the manufacturers, factories, shipping carries will resume work and production in an orderly manner, most of the companies will be back to work until Feb 17th. But please trust we will ship your orders as sooner as we can. Due to the packages backlog after the holiday and coronavirus, the package tracking update will be delayed, and the customs security checking will need a longer time than usual too.
