Better than a regular lighter?
ll this seems like a nice deal on a pen torch but am I just better off getting a regular torch lighter? Id love to grab this if its gonna work well (as in its gonna work like a torch) and not just a lighter. What do you guys think? This or a torch lighter?

Lol I know that much haha but what I want to know if this out performs a regular torch lighter. If it doesn't then should I just stick with the torch lighter if its cheaper?

I think child locks are mandatory on all butane lighters/torches.
I mean you just never know ya know.
But I am sure you can remove if you wanted to or disable it at least. ;)

Not to dangerous as no children have access to my tools anyways.
Now if it were a small torch like this one and I would put in my pocket (as I'm in the construction field) then I would leave the child lock intact so it didn't go off by mistake. ;)
Certainly wouldn't want to melt the family jewels (by going off in my pocket) you know. =D
