I managed a mix and match of drip tips from other devices, easy to fix the problem though with a drill! still a good price $2.5 I'm happy.

Got this item today, same problem. I tried putting drip tips in the "wrong end" and they did fit. So I took a needle file to the inside of the adaptor after about 5 minutes filing everything fits a treat, even double o-ring tips. There is a slight lip inside the top of the adapter just file this off.

I got it today, adapter fits into my sandblasted kayfun 3.1, but very very tight. I have to apply much force to screw it and so far I was unable to screw it all the way down, I still have like 0.5mm no screwd. But it works this way and drip tips fits just fine.
Unscrewing it was even harder. I accidently unscrewd whole top instead of adpater.
