So I took a needle file to the inside of the adaptor after about 5 minutes filing everything fits a treat, even double o-ring tips. There is a slight lip inside the top of the adapter just file this off. Working...

I have to apply much force to screw it and so far I was unable to screw it all the way down, I still have like 0.5mm no screwd. But it works this way and drip tips fits just fine. Unscrewing it was even harder. I accidently unscrewd whole top instead of adpater. Working...
