you have mounted an atomizer, and now it's stuck tight, and you can't un-thread it?
Thats easy: Mod body in one hand, Channel locks, or similar slip-joint pliers for the atomizer. If you worry about serrated teeth scratching your gear, wrap a mouse pad style piece of foam around the atty, or file any teeth smooth. Flat jaws are available online, as well as nylon jaw pliers, which I find the best for your tool kit.
It's funny, just yesterday I dusted off my old Taifun Skarabaus, which has an almost identical 510/ego atomizer set-up.
Good luck!

^^^ If an atomizer is stuck hard, you can not solve the problem with pliers, you will destroy the atty. The only way is, to wrap a LOT of this hard german Tesa around the mod and a second around the atty, difficult to wrap this very tight around the atty. Diameters each should be as big as possible, more than 20mm, try to get 30mm. Do not try this with normal electrical tape, thats far too soft. And yes, with the Tesa you will have to pull very hard and very fast, there is perhaps only one chance. The problem is not the 510, the problem is the flat mod/atty surface, they suck/vacuum ... I tried several solutions, a very very very small copper or alu ring can help.

yeah, I'm pretty sure there is more than one way, but wrapping in rubber has ALWAYS worked for me as well. Don't know what a Tesa is, but obviously it's not needed, if you have:
1. Something to protect the atty, IF desired.
2. Something to grip the atomizer. Shorter, smaller atties can be more difficult to get a grip on...
of course, the best solution is not to ever over-tighten....usually this is caused by OCD - i.e., lining up logos or airflow to a desired position (threading be damned!)
Whatever the cause, hope you've removed it by now. Good luck!

note : it is not broken or stuck, I just want to access the switch (the contact) inside the mod.
I think I understood, you have to unscrew the ego port, ok ok .. I had not thought of it. It's not going to be easy, but I know what I have to do. I do not imagine that it is glued but in order not to break it I will look for a photo of the disassembled mod, thank you. PS : I don't need this (very pretty) ego port :-)
See you later if I can open it, for the photo of the switch/ contact.
many thanks.

ego port ...
Sorry, I dont understand this mod,
do you have/can unscrew the atty,
to load the battery via ego connection?
And/or install 10 years old ego atties?

For what I understand there is no atty issue here it’s just about taking the mod appart to access the switch.
As for Ego port it sure beats me !

This is a very old 510/ego connection, FT still sells this waste, see e.g.:

And some people still buy it.

It seems your mod is not the best.
The hard way for starters with an unregulated mods is an SMPL,
but this thing is dangerous,
if you dont know what you are doing.
The mod is 77x22 and you can blow out all the plastic mod users.
An old construction dripper is the 22 Coppervape Royale,
https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10058352/9679054-coppervape-royal-atty-db-styled-rda-rebuildable
Thats easy for every day use, but not for the big clouds.
