I'm most likely wrong but my guess is the TOCC is twin organic cotton coils and the SOCC is single organic cotton coil.
My opinions are my own. If you disagree with them please take a big healthy crap in your hands and give yourself a round of applause.

There's a slight size difference, the tocc are a little shorter and narrower

Hard to tell, because they were shot from a different distance.

I figured so! But HOW are they different? Until now I thought, there were only 2 (main) types of kanger coil heads. Those with the short and those with the tall "chimney base"...

+2 details
Kanger always made 3 coils heads (apart from the Subtank coils)

1. Protank/Unitank Single Coils (aka MT32 coils) 1476404
For Protank 1 & 2, Mini Protank 2, Unitank, EVOD 1 (These coil heads have a 4mm diameter chimney and will not fit in the tanks in #2 below because the tanks in #2 below require a coil chimney that is 3.65mm.)

2. T3S Single coils 1641700
For T3S, MT3, MT3S (These coil heads have a 3.65mm diameter chimney so they will also fit in the tanks in #1 above however you might need an additional gasket on the coil head where the tank chimney needs the coil head's chamber in order to make a good seal.)

3. Protank3/Aerotank Dual Coils 1727000
For Protank 3, Mini Protank 3, All Aerotanks, All Genitanks, EVOD 2, EVOD Glass, T3D, MOW

Can be replaced with the following respectively...

1. SOCC (S stands for single)
2. TOCC (T stands for T3S)
3. VOCC (V supposedly stands for Vertical but I have never taken one apart so I don't know if they really made these with a vertical coil instead of the dual coil)

Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

I can confirm they are vertical. You can even see it without taking it apart as you can look straight through them.
