Or you could rebuild them yourself with something like SKU 1593911 but 4 wick may be better SKU 1593908
Could also rebuild them with SKU 1591708 and use your own organic cotton.
If you just want to clean them you can pull out the cotton and dryburn it and then rewick with cotton/trim/add juice.
Cheaper to rebuild and taste much better.
The coils only last so long, the housing has the ?silicone? insulator and the air passage below the coil has this rubber too.
Soon it gets black and burnt and starts to restrict airflow.
After 3 maybe 4 cleaning cycles its toast.
These cotton ones taste like burning bounce sheets or something gross....there is no great flavor.
I took it apart and the coil was shiny and clean, the cotton was soaked with juice so it wasn't burning or any discoloration at all.
I used these type of coils going on 2 years now and never had this issue.
It tastes really bad, I notice there is no top wick on top of the coil either so this is a issue also as the silica ones use 2 small wicks that lay on top of the coil.
Don't know what else to say about this....I was expecting it to be great but it wasn't and the cotton reduces the life of my coils if I want to clean it, silica gets red hot and burns off the old juice, the cotton will have to be replaced on these, time consuming.
