I've submitted a ticket asking if this is reliable, other vendors say it won't ship until end December.
I have also asked to confirm the material; FT states "plastic shell", but Xiaomi state 3 is metal shell.

I asked them yesterday.
Here's what they said:
FastTech always takes shipping time very seriously.
The item SKU 3905201 you ordered was listed as "ships in 3 business days" when you placed your order. This status was displayed to the left of the "Buy" button, next to "stock status". You may expect your order to ship on 12/10/2015.
