Fasttech owns multiple facilities in multiple regions of China, they most likely had to hire a lot of new staff in light of the current pandemic. The manufacturers were also definitely affected to an extent.

In short, FastTech has multiple suppliers and due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. As an example, here in Australia, deliveries before COVID-19, were at my door within 14 to 25 days.

Now, I think these delivery times should at least double to 28 to 60 days.

I, like everyone, would love my order to arrive ASAP, however, we must all work together and wait for extended delivery delays, during these uncertain times.

FastTech has always delivered, and will continue to do so, as long as we keep using the supplier as our choice for our needs.

I am having the same problem. my item is over 5 weeks old now, I had to pay $30 for DHL "express" delivery and its still somewhere in China and not moving.
