I wouldn't expect "better". The point of the Haar was to offer something for low-power RDL at a price point while maintaining the build build quality and flavour that's usually locked up in higher-end stuff (that's either stupid expensive or gate-kept by lists and hidden FB groups to keep the unwashed masses away), and it seems to have mostly done that. It's half the price of the GT4 with or without the S at full retail. It's opinionated (that is, it caters pretty much to one narrow style of vaping with only minor adjustments, so it'll either fit you or it won't), but it you vape the way it does, it's good value for the money - and a well-made clone would be even better.
