That doesn't really look like 2x3mm.
Now, how to calculate the same air-flow for 2 holes? :)

It's area, so use the square root of 2. Using 1.4 is close enough (and the fraction 7/5 can be easier to work with in the head if you're of a generation that was drilled in "times tables").

(Or square it, divide by two, then take the square root. Same thing. Yes, you're using the diameter rather than the radius and leaving pi out of the calculation, but those are just constants you're using one way at the beginning and the opposite way at the end of the "real" calculation, so the difference cancels out completely.)

One 3mm hole is the same as two 3mm/1.1414... ≈ 2.12mm. Two 2mm holes is about the same as one 2.8mm hole. Two 2.5mm holes would be one 3.5mm hole.

For 2 holes, it's √2 x diameter, for 3 holes it's √3 x diameter

√2 = 1,41
√3 = 1,73

So:
2 holes of 1mm = 1 hole of 1,41mm
3 holes of 1mm = 1 hole of 1,73mm
3 holes of 0,8mm = 1 hole of 1,38mm

etc.
