As it uses generic drivers, it works with most existing widespread OSs, including Windows 10.
As for transfer speed, it supports SATAIII (up to 6Gbps) and works with 5Gbps internally (disk cloning).
The serial connection on the device is USB 3.1 GEN1 (up to 5Gbps).
The relevant question would rather be if your hardware and your disks support that speed.
