I did notice it in the recent Sherman V3 glass thread and must admit did throw up in my mouth a little, but the vape scene has always had a certain air of geekiness to it I suppose, so maybe some like that sort of thing?

What I did notice was in the thread he recommended a suitable replacement (good) and advised the guy check out the "hidden" vape porn thread to see pics of it, instead of telling him to check it out in the Vapers Forum where it resides for anyone to see (not so good). I think he clearly knows the difference between a hidden dead thread and a current thread that has been relocated but is still wound up about it not getting sticky status and having a token whinge. On this thread I get the impression he deliberately tried to needle Analogue and resurrect an old argument so it looks like he may be getting back into his old habits.

It could be a coincidence, or someone warming up to be an absolute ***/*** absolutely. Who knows?

"It could be a coincidence, or someone warming up to be an absolute dick/dick absolutely. Who knows?"

Haha ha hahahaha. That one got me, I loled.

Yeah I did like that he gave that person good advice about the replacement, I just tried to ignore the rest.

Yikes. Missed that one!

My partner will only use 1.8ohm builds and has done so since 2013 and never had even one cigarette since doing so.

Perhaps he is not a real vaper. 😂

It's 7 volts, dudes, what are you laurel and hardy idiots on about? Pay attention! I love being the center of you guys universe...,.my "fans" will never let me down!

Scouring back threads to quote me (incorrectly, out of context) was a nice, but obsessive, touch!

Thanks, my two fave "bros!" So glad I brought you both out of retirement again....now, please go away, or contribute.

One day, maybe you'll get "followers", when you stop being so "political" (child molester-y)!

Nobody has to scour back threads when they have a functioning memory (and no requirement to constantly retrospectively re-write their old posts).

It's great to hear you now believe you have followers, in addition to fans! Delusion is alive and well.

You make me smile Carrion, keep up the good work

So, do you like YOUR SX V2? That's what I thought. Nobody started anything on this thread - if voltage requirements are an issue for you, you won't find them here, with the SX V2. It's solid. (as if you really care, right?)Still.Me wrote:

I missed it, too! I think he's referring to when Analog said he vaped over 6 volts, on a wire that didn't/doesn't exist. Analog has done this before, playing "grown up", but Crispy is too new, and too biased to know/admit these simple facts.

Beyond the childish trolling, the mod itself (V2 S class) is really nice. And as the user before said as well, no issue with parasitic drain, or voltage sag/ level limiting.

I don't have time to dig up old grudges, others are obviously less busy than me. More power to them, their buffoonery shines bright.

The entire point of discussing a product is not to be a shill that cannot tolerate anyone highlighting any perceived flaws - and a reduction in voltage output capability is by no means any kind of 'Pro', if others find this reduction in output deters them from buying it is not anyone's position to decide they have a right to dictate to them what is an acceptable output.

It is good that Yihi have finally addressed the excessive drain, but that doesn't change the fact they have effectively cheapened the board by reducing its capabilities and disguised this information by not including it in the specs prior to release so potential buyers cannot make an informed decision.

Two cons for me is I still find the interface cumbersome, and the looks rather bland. Just my personal opinion, and if you don't share it that's fine, just don't tell others what they should think as that would make you, a total dick (dick absolutely?)

I would never buy this product - or any mod where the voltage output isn't clearly listed because I do not trust any manufacturer who isn't transparent about the mods capabilities and will not support or encourage their deceit by buying their products. Situations where someone has to 'take one for the team', buy, and hope the board will be suitable, or wait until someone else buys (as has happened here) to find out what the boards capabilities are should not happen. Your opinion may differ, and that is fine, but anyone telling others what their opinions should be is a total dick.

I'm sure most of this has been written before, well I'm just reiterating for the benefit of one member who appears to have difficulty understanding the obvious.

As to Carrion's 'Crispy is too new' comment - if Carrion is under the impression that nobody has any knowledge or ever vaped until they join Fasttech? If that is the case it means he started his vaping journey less than 5 years ago - so is he in any position to play vape God?

That was an old thread, not related to Carrion's ridiculing Analogue because he needs more than the 6 Volts this board was believed to be capable when this thread started. The discussion in the other thread was about a voltage only output mod (I can't remember which one) where someone commented that voltage only output mods don't suit his preferred MTL build of 28ga Kanthal at 1.8 ohms for some obscure reason Carrion took him to task and claimed he was deliberately being awkward by preferring a high resistance build instead of just accepting battery voltage output isn't good for everyone. As usual the thread degenerated just as this one has.

As for Carrion's ridiculing Analogue on 'a wire that doesn't exist' Analogue said he vapes KA1 at 0.42mm. He was obviously referring to 26ga - in one of Carrion's replies he pointed out to Analogue 26ga is 0.40mm and not 0.42mm so he obviously knows exactly what Analogue was speaking about but instead of accepting as a simple typo and moving on, he decides to carry on ridiculing Analogue to try to keep irritating him.

He will claim innocence and he is only here to help, as usual, and everyone else is the problem but Carrion absolutely knows what he is doing. Analogue's crime is not to share Carrion's opinion.

I really wanted to buy this mod if not for nostalgia sake.

I have owned about 7 SX Minis and loved them but my preferred mods by them were earlier, before the joystick which I do find somewhat cumbersome, at least by comparison.

That and, well I am past the point of getting excited with new vape gear and these days tend to prefer something much simpler and lighter.

I have tons of mods and the one I find using daily, more than any other is an old simple black eVic mini that has lasted about 6 years, on and off. It slips easily into my pocket whilst even an SX Mini MX I am finding just a bit too heavy these days.

So yes, really wanted it but realized in the end, I rarely even use my SL class.....so here we are.

I do miss buying new SX minis though. Loved them, in their day! 😢

Why not have a garage sale?

Get rid of that old junk you never use.

Maybe that toronto selling web page would work well this time.
