I just got the full black and the black/white. Both have a rattling button and say check atomizer on four different boro tanks. So pissed after waiting this long to find out my boro tanks will not work.

BB flush nut. That was my thought as well. It would be able to save a couple of these cases.

used a sxk flush nut i believe it was, its sits a lot lower than a normal nut and dont come all the way flush to the top, so u need something as small as it to screw it all the way in, i find on some bridges it puts to much pressure but others it does the trick and gets them seated properly. hope that helps? t

I just ordered two sxk nuts. I hope it fixes it. I think if they made the mod with an adjustable pin it would have alleviated the issue.

yah for sure would have fixed the issue but i dont believe even the authentic one had one, so i dont see them ever engineering something themselves as its usually a copy paste and go. I hope my advice helps friend, i was disappointed when i realized most of my integrated drip tips wouldnt work they dont go low enough in this box to push the borro down far enough.

Button rattle is usually easy to fix. Clicky is nice. Overclicky sometimes sounds cheap and it’s a bummer. Not sure how it can be fixed other than changing the actuator.

Rattle i dealt with came from a loose button made of metal playing against a hard outer shell. Can’t remember the brand but the model was T100 I think. Not a keeper.
I had to take the mod apart until i could remove the button and had clear access to the actuator on the board. The solution I found was to insert something between the!fire button and the actuator, some tiny ball of wicking cotton to apply some pressure on the button from the inside to stop the wiggle…. a rough and dirty solution but it worked and it did not show.

I'd fix it too, but I'm not sure how to disassemble the top plate from the mod.
Bottom plate is straight forward, one screw and that's it.
Top plate though, I'm not so sure...

We could probably fix the rattle easy with one of the spare o-rings from some vape gear that we already have.
Stick it with some double side tape on the button and gg.
Or something similar like that.
There's just the problem how to take off the top ss plate from the mod.
