Here is one of my SXK DNA60 Billet Boxes firing a .210 ohm coil at 45 watts. Note the voltage drop is 3.65 volts at it's lowest.
Upon looking at a video of the non styled ION Box I would really be wondering just how that battery door is going to make a good connection to the board, I'm pretty sure the problem will be found there.

That was supposed to say same tank, battery and Drip tip, run it in the other DNA boro then the ion, there's no question... I think low wattage users, maybe tc, and mtl folk aren't gonna have much trouble, God help you if you run a half ohm and vape over 40w or use boost though

Yeah dude exactly! I'm not sure what's going on with this thing. on 77% battery, Molicel P26A from 5/22/22, 42w, 0.25ohm build, my standard aliens in my boro's. it won't hit 36 watts.. Escribe all looks fine, everythings up to snuff. I'm getting quite annoyed.

Posting a screen shot of your firing with the same boxes checked in Device Monitor as in my post would be most helpful.

Hoover your mouse at where the red arrow is pointing and post the voltage reading.

I'm no escribe expert but that looks terrible. Losing a full volt when firing on a healthy battery? I don't run more than 36W on my DNA60s but with a stock power/battery curve, a healthly Molicel will fire at full power all the way to low voltage cutoff.

I assume these things ship with just the stock DNA flash. That mod, or at least your example of it, is not good.

When I get back home, the most probably will send back to Fasttech my Sevo. And vaguely was playing with the idea of adding some $ and getting the DNA version for the replacement. Ugh not sure any-more =)

Yup that's what I'm also thinking. Molicel P28A's from 5/22/22 and I've also got P26A's that are the same purchase date as I do once a Year recycle/repurchase. Stock firmware, all other settings are how they should be. This unit also arrived with a DOA screen lol..

+1 details
So to sum it up, in case some aren't getting it, the problem here is the power isn't getting to the board from the cell.
So the cell isn't up to it and in this case that seems unlikely so that leaves the connections between the cell and the board. Assuming that Cell Soft Cutoff is set to the default Evolv setting of 2.75 volts.
