FT not shipping
My orders are not moving and no reply from support in 7 days.
Whats going on???

FT has gone down hill very fast...My 3 orders are either lost ot not shipped or waiting for stock.

The order that is waiting for stock. Still says in stock on the website.

My first order is lost. I could track it for a week. Now the site says it has information.

My order is still at the suppliers warehouse with no sign of movement over the past 10 days. When do you expect that this backlog will catch up. Tracking number LT009778194NL. Please advise.

It is our system issue that isn't change the item stock status, we are really sorry about this. I have answered your ticket about the new ETA, please kindly check.

About the first order tracking, we sent a correct link to trace the package. The package has been dispatched to Singapore a long time ago, it has arrived in Singapore but stuck for transit, once it has arrived at Singapore Post, the tracking information will be updated. We have urged our Post to find the package now, once we have update news, we will send message for you.

I will never pick Singapore post ever again.
