Hi aimey
i would suggest a head torch(flashlight).
Easy hand free use.i forget i am wearing the skill hunt its so light and comfortable the one i have is the HO3 not the below.
similar to https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10026649/5809700-authentic-skilhunt-h03-h03r-led-headlamp
have 4 different Types/brands from china and this is the best hands down.I use it every night in winter
Not sure on how water proof it is and don't want to test check on the skillhunt web site.
