^^ Speaking about a topic you don't like makes you wanna lock the thread, yeah, I call that PC police.
Whatever, I remember the dogs howling when I was a kid spending my time at my grandparents's place.
They were all locked with big chains and you wouldn't wanna get close to them.
Everybody hated their howling but everybody wanted to keep one at their own door :P
I understand that you want to shoot that howler but if you don't want to kill it then you'll just make it aggressive with such tactics. I'd prefer a howler to an aggressive dog in the neighborhood.

There are threads where i like Andy's stories alot.
This is not one of them.
Deal with the owner and donate some bucks for stray dog castration projects in your country/province.
Promote those projects on your Indian vapers forum and YT channel and maybe help many.
Buy a dog training collar from FT and give it a try.
Or harm an animal who doesn't know better.
The problem with with the above is that, from a thermodynamic perspective, a coil is not a bucket.
