Was thinking my Lansky set wasn't good enough for my D2. Then I knicked my thumb while hung over the other day removing the foil seal from a bottle of aspirin, didn't even realize, and bled all over everything. Yeah I think it's fine now.

That Lansky set is good I think. I relied on a Lansky device for years though I never got the edge I was looking for and, I didn't "like" sharpening. I bought a K03 a couple weeks back and I am a happy camper. I've done just about my whole collection and now actually use them because I don't have to fear dulling. I also have another device on the way from China, it is a Ruixin. Super cheap and I am looking forward to comparing it to a "Rolls Royce" in the K03. They are both made in Russia so just call me politically incorrect.

Rolls Royce on the left.

The one on the right, Ruixin, will do the job to a degree, and for less than a tenth the cost of the K03.
