And now we're at a staggering 688.000 American deaths, approximately. Although I do not agree, I can somewhat understand the thought process behind not wanting to get vaccinated. I'm having a much harder time wrapping my head around why so many people became extremely vocal in their opposition to wearing a piece of cloth over their face in an effort to slow down the spread of a deadly virus. I mean come on, it's not much of an ask.
I have a sneaking suspicion that for a select few, it was specifically a refusal to even consider the well being of other people. The kind of people who take Ayn Rand seriously as a philosopher and author despite being fully grown adults. Capitalism is a hell of a drug.
