I am new here, I have a problem, and I don't know how it works, I created two tickets, and I've been waiting for a response from support for five days, I placed an order and I pay in BTC, but I do not see anything on my order history, I also use a promo code FREE2020 but I think it's no longer effective, can you fix this problem please and thank you.
