I couldn't have said it better, or more succinctly myself. If we didn't like the place, we would not bother mentioning the issues. It is saddening actually.

Many company's pay big bucks, and have focus groups, and research conducted at considerable expense to understand how to improve customer experience.

Here, they had the insight to embed a direct conduit providing all that customer satisfaction data. And it seems that they could not care less about it.
