Notice--Due to the impact of the COVID-19, some shipping channels have changed
Dear valued customers,

Due to the recent impact of COVID-19, caused some logistics to temporarily change. Details are as follows:

1. From now on, the Registered Airmail via Singapore Post prohibits the transportation of liquid products, including E-Liquids.

2. Reasons for flight reduction and logistics service provider adjustment due to the epidemic situation, include DHL Global mail, Registered Airmail by Russian Post, Registered Air Mail by Hong Kong post and Speedpost Global Express temporarily stop service, and we will continue to find new channels and update in time.

3. The recent decrease in flights has led to increasing logistics costs. The freight rates of some channels have increased slightly compared to the past. We are trying to control and adjust the freight costs as much as possible. We will adjust back as soon as the situation improves.

So how much longer is my package going to sit at DHL? It’s been sitting there over 3 weeks now. What gives? How about a refund ?

If DHL takes this much time then other shipping methods will take forever . We are all in the same boat and it makes sense . It's due to no flights at all lately so Fast tech has to wait for enough packages to send all together . What took days will take weeks now . What can we do except wait and be a little understanding. We all are frustrated due to this ongoing situation.

Sorry for the long wait.

We have asked our shipping carrier to check your package status and will send the confirmation for your in ticket within 24 hours. Normally the DHL package may need 7-12 working days for delivery recently as it needs to wait for the airplane for days. Some packages will arrive faster if it is happened to catch the plane, but some may need to wait a few days more.:( We think your package will be delivered next week.

@5clic saw a post on another thread from a guy in Italy his parcel was sent PostNL and recieved it in about 3 weeks, I have 2 in Holland on the way to UK similar timescale 3-4 weeks
