Hello RussG,

Sincerely sorry for the long wait.

We have asked our Post to investigate your package now. We will keep you updated via ticket once we hear back from them.

About your orders from other Chinese vendors, would you mind to tell us the shipping way they use? ePacket, expedited shipping or special line? So I can forward to our company whether we can use the same shipping method. Thank you.

It's hard to tell Annie. One order I had come within 2 weeks had GB on the end of the tracking number, CN is usual China Post, SG, Singapore Post so I guess Great Britain post? I'm not even 100% that one came from China. That cost $6.52 shipping for an Aegis Legend

The other was United Kingdom Express Line, that too had GB on the end of the tracking number (that would solve the above :D), a Wismec RX Dual TC box mod for $4.93 shipping. That too arrived in less than 2 weeks

Hope that's of some help

If it had GB at the end of the Tracking Number, then it means it was 're-posted' within the UK.

It's not uncommon for companies and retailers on the other side of the world to regularly batch-ship a large consignment of packages in 'one lump' to a distribution company/warehouse in the UK, who then forward the individual items into the Royal Mail postal system (or to a designated Courier) for the final leg. Apparently it makes shipping easier, less prone to pilfering en route, and simpler for getting through Customs.

I currently have a package "In the system" with a GB suffix, It was posted two weeks ago in China and is currently in my cities central distribution depot and will be sent to my local office for delivery in the next day or so....
I also have another six undelivered deliveries from China post, Singapore post, and Netherlands post "Somewhere" in the postal system for the last couple of months.......Time to stop ordering from China for a while until they sort out their postal problems.
Insert smart and witty comment here.....

Well, never give up I guess! An order I made near the end of January was just delivered. It showed "depatched to overseas country" in mid March and arrived in the UK yesterday. Only 1 day to process and deliver here!
Inexplicably, some things almost seem to 'bypass' Customs altogether and wing it straight to you. I've experienced that myself a few times.

Certainly gives hope to anyone waiting three months plus, and starting to believe their package has been lost in transit, that's for sure.

Strange times...

Hello Johnnyace, analogueman, blackhack and bmwchubb,

Thanks for your feedback.

It seems these shipping methods are all Europe/United Kingdom Special line. If China Post, SG, Singapore Post which will be delivered in 2 weeks, that would be great. Hope you can give us a tracking number to check so we can confirm the shipping method. We do really appreciate.

Wish you all a great day.
