Hi Anniepan, could you have a look at order B032087237 and tell me if the package is still in Belgium or did it leave Belgium and is on its way to the country of destination. Since 5th of April, no updates.

Hello rosemm,

According to the tracking information, it seems the package will be dispatched to the destination country very soon. As it arrived at international office of exchange on May 19, it may need another 1-2 weeks for package to deliver. Thank you.

Thx anniepan. What are the odds against that: one month and a half, no update and the day you start a thread, the status is updated.
