This is every epacket I've ordered from January to mid-March, none have arrived. I don't use epacket anymore since they seem to leave but never arrive. Use SingPost, registered airmail or anything but epacket. The packages are slow, but at least they will get to you.

Hello bubba242,

Sincerely sorry for the long wait.

Your package should have arrived in destination country and delivered in May in normal condition. But now the tracking information isn't updated, we think the shipping is abnormal. We have asked our Post to double confirm the shipping detail now, when we have the confirmation, we will send message for you asap.

We do really appreciate your patience.

I am waiting on a SingPost package that was sent out the end of April. From what I can gather, its been sitting at SingPost since May 4th without movement.

Cant speak for e-packets myself lately but it appears at least to me that its not worth the time/energy spent, best buying at home if you can, for now.

Epackets are not reaching me at all. So far SingPost, Registered/Unregistered Airmail and a few other miscellaneous services have made it, but it takes at least a month.

My guess is that anything that might be pulled aside by customs is being held, and private courier services are getting priority. Add that to the lack of flights to carry packages and it's extremely backed up. The lack of flights might actually be the reason some of my slow-boat items have actually arrived.

Within Canada is a mess too. Anytime anyone at a Postal hub tests positive they have to close and sanitize the facility. They have started opening temporary hubs, and reroute what they can, but that probably has a lot of potential to make things worse.

+1 details
Judging by my SingPost package, I might be grateful for a simple month delivery.

Its hell everywhere.

I stocked up on several pairs of Nikes which come from NL last month. Normally I have them within 7-10 days but going on a month delivery before I have any of them.
Although several packages from within Canada have only been 1-2-3 days longer than usual.

$0.01 rebate earned
Hello bubba242,

We have asked our Post to investigate your package status. As there is no update tracking information, our Post will check whether the package is lost or not. Due to the pandemic, the shipping is really horrible and hardly to make sure where the package is, but we will try our best to find out your package and send more details for you in ticket. If you cannot receive the package, we will offer the refund/resend warranty for you as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused this time. Please feel free to write us whenever you have questions. We're always here to help.

2-3 weeks in customs is not that abnormal lately. The Mississauga black hole is the worst. Richmond is usually much faster.
