Shipment seized !?
Have been awaiting for package (express shipping dhl) since mid april. Was told by dhl that the shipment has been sized or sent back. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes! My DHL package for order #B042866065 placed 4/29/2020 shows on hold. I called customer service in HK and they said that there is paperwork missing. DHL tracking number:5980597022. @Anniepan any idea what they need? Ticket #Q0504XYTNF

For the USA, so far no, but I never use DHL. I have heard some people in the USA claim that 2-4 months later they send you a $30-60 bill for "customs administration fees", so I shy away from using DHL for international purchases. .

What country are you shipping to?

The package is on hold as it is waiting for the flight. We think the package should be sent to overseas these days. We will ask our shipping carrier to check the estimate delivery date first, then we will send message for you in ticket.

Because of COVID, transportation has been limited. I currently have a package in Hong Kong waiting for the next flight out and it states "on Hold" as well. Just have to be a little more patient and wait the process out.
