Fasttech is definitely losing out to competitors on shipping and getting products to stock.

I rarely order from here now and maybe will just stick to the competitors i have been using recently.

Annie is doing a 1st class job but being let down by whoever is above her and making the main decisions.

The problem is since Covid started 6+ months ago many commercial airlines suspended service in China. These flights are passengers + cargo/freight. Most US carriers have all but suspended passenger flights inside the US (my US orders take longer) and outside has been extremely limited.

Most countries no longer have the capacity they had b4 Covid. If there is no cargo space then orders won’t get delivered timely.

It's not FastTech's fault, but I too have been giving all my money to their competitors because they seem to be able to get things to me faster. Having said that, I will still buy things from here because FastTech has a much larger selection of hard to find items. I also believe they are an honest company and this shipping problem is out of their control. AnniePan is a gem and I don't know how they can stand dealing with angry customers all day. I don't think opening tickets is going to make shipping move faster. Be patient, you will get your stuff. If you need something quickly order it locally.

this shipping problem is out of their control



Correction...This "shipping problem" is even more "out of their control" since Covid. They were already in trouble at least 6 months prior to this crisis. They have a bad shipping deal somewhere in their nest. If other companies are shipping sooner by the same routes/carriers it points to a problem in FT's system.

I'm out.....have some fun. Eh?

Yes, there is a worldwide pandemic going on which, believe it or not, is affecting almost everyone in the world. Yes, it could possibly take 2-4 months for you to receive an order from overseas.
If you're ok with that, place an order as you normally would. If you find that unacceptable, wait until the company confirms that everything is functioning normally. Don't expect everything to be the same as it was just because the pandemic has ended. Contact the company you're considering doing business with and confirm that their daily operations are proceeding normally. It may take a few months for some companies to get their daily operations back to business-as-usual.

Personally, I won't be placing another order here until the delivery times have improved. I definitely won't say I'll never order from here again. Different companies are handling things in different ways. I can tell you from experience that some are getting orders out quicker, and some are taking even longer. But, you won't receive an order too much quicker unless it's from within your country.

My orders since 3/31 are still stuck in China. I know it’s not FT’s fault but I just can’t order anything from China anymore.

I have waited 4 packets since beginning of May. All and only info for all of them is: "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility".

I'm with the OP... 2 months into my last order and original post is still preparing shipment... I have obtained what I ordered local and won't need the package if it ever does actually ship...
It is time we stop accepting the things we cannot change, and start changing the things we cannot accept...
