Hello damammy,

We do understand your feeling and hope we can help you solve the issue immediately. Please kindly note the package is on the shipping way, if we need to refund, we have to obey our company policy that get the confirmation from our Post that package is lost or wait until the investigation time is ended. Due to the COVID-19 around the world this year, the shipping is really out of control, some delayed packages will be delivered for really long time. We know it is really frustrated. We also gave you a tracking number to explain that not all the packages are delayed so long, we also have packages that delivered like the one you offered. Please trust we will try our best to help you solve the issue. Thank you.

+1 details
@AnniePan

As stated I have escalated a claim to PayPal they expect a response by 12/07/20 and they will make a decision by 18/07/20 this should give you plenty of time to ‘investigate’ etc and will mean I have waited over 10 weeks by that point for my parcel to arrive in the UK since it has left overseas. Which in my opinion even with Coronavirus is more than 5x the average wait time of your competitors which I think is completely fair to both yourself and me.

Hi Damammy
I agree with you, let us know how the claim on Paypal proceeds. Surely I will also make a claim on Paypal for my order C041778405 shipped on April 28 and then disappeared.

Good luck with the PP claim.. I'm hesitant to file a PP claim since from what I gather, one only gets a single shot at it. If PP would take the virus-disrupted shipping issues into consideration, along with FastTech providing proof of shipping including a photo of the package, and find against the purchaser, their decision is final. No appeals, and no way to file another dispute on the transaction at a later date.

I just can't see PP approving a shit-ton of claims costing the merchant thousands of dollars in lost merchandise with photographic proof that the packages were indeed sent, and still a chance of the purchaser receiving the goods. I would imagine there would need to be something from the postal service stating that the package is officially lost to win a claim.

My two packages have been in limbo close to 60 days now, and I'm curious how the PP claim process works out...

If that was the case PayPal would simply keep the claim open but just delay a target resolution date.

Hello blackhack,

The tracking information of the two packages have been updated on line now, we think you will receive the packages very soon. I also sent a ticket for you about the shipping. Look forward to your reply. Thank you.
