It seems one of the package will be delivered to your address soon(2020-07-20 06:56 West Park DO, Due to be delivered today). The tracking information is updated finally. The other package if there is no update tracking information these days, we will refund the money for you first. Would you please repay it back when you receive? We do really appreciate.

I cant even get to the part where things are lost/too slow in shipping... they are taking money for things they cant/wont even fulfill and dont say a word.

not sure why people are trying to "defend" bad practices?

Not defending but things are getting better. I'm still waiting for an order made end march which is apparently lost but my order made 11 July arrived yesterday in Miami. So not defending, just giving facts here.
We can't agree on everything.

Pedido comprado el 23 de mayo y enviado el 27 de mayo.
Abierto ticket para el reembolso ,la respuesta siempre es la misma:Tenga paciencia.
El tracking indica:Extraviado o no encontrado.
Ya que el sistema de ticket es simplemente una perdida de tiempo,abri disputa en paypal.
La persona que contesta los tickets solo intenta ganar tiempo con excusas y/o mentiras.
Una cosa es que los envios sean mas lentos con el tema del Covid19 y otra muy diferente es que ya indican que el envio ha sido extraviado.
Esta claro que la atencion al cliente de esta plataforma es muy deficiente y despues de haber realizado muchas compras,evitare en un futuro volver a comprar aqui
.

As you have chosen regular airmail to ship the package, there is no tracking number to trace the package status after the package is dispatched to overseas. But please be assured that your package is on its way to you. You can find a snapshot of your package at your FastTech account when it left our facility. Due to the COVID-19, the regular airmail shipping speed is much slower than before. Most of the package may need 1-3 months to arrive.
