Ya que el sistema de ticket es simplemente una perdida de tiempo,abri disputa en paypal.
La persona que contesta los tickets solo intenta ganar tiempo con excusas y/o mentiras.
Una cosa es que los envios sean mas lentos con el tema del Covid19 y otra muy diferente es que ya indican que el envio ha sido extraviado.
Esta claro que la atencion al cliente de esta plataforma es muy deficiente y despues de haber realizado muchas compras,evitare en un futuro volver a comprar aqui

As you have chosen regular airmail to ship the package, there is no tracking number to trace the package status after the package is dispatched to overseas. But please be assured that your package is on its way to you. You can find a snapshot of your package at your FastTech account when it left our facility. Due to the COVID-19, the regular airmail shipping speed is much slower than before. Most of the package may need 1-3 months to arrive. We have asked our Post to help, could you please kindly wait a few days more for delivery. Hope you will receive it very soon.
