Hi Anniepan, can you explain what is happening here?
On nov 10 my order UJ733938386CN placed 31 of october left Dongguan City went to Guangzhou City, afterwards to Beijing, back to Guangzhou City to arrive at Dongguan City, the starting point again today.
Needless to say that I'm getting it on my hips a bit.
And before you start, there are no batteries, knives or eliquid in that order, only tanks and battery wraps.

If shipping to the USA, pay the couple dollars for the USPS Expedited option. Seems to arrive within 15-25 days after shipment without issue. Basically the same as other sites are using where it gets put on a DHL plane, delivered to an import agent in california, DHL picks it up and takes it to a holding warehouse, USPS picks it up and delivers it.

The free e-packet shipping will leave you pulling your hair out.

Although I have to say that I paid for epacket with another retailer because they charge an arm and a leg for expedited. It cleared US Customs yesterday and it's due to be delivered on Tuesday. I have no doubt it will be here Tuesday because it's just a state away as I type this. That's only 20 days in transit so that's pretty good for e-packet.

Hello rosemm,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

It seems the package is failed to pass the customs security checking so it was returned and changed to other post to ship. We have asked our post office to help us check the issue detail and when the package will be dispatched out, once we have the confirmation, we will send a ticket for you asap. I will try my best to answer back in 24 hours.
