Hi Anniepan,
Both of my orders, the order placed end october and my last one, failed (again) security check and are back again at the starting point. However, since then no shipping updates....
Could you pls come with a solution.

Yir money is already in their pocket, (since October last year)

there's nae incentive tae hurry at their end, it's out their hands

Lots of lame excuses about shippin, ie: it's someone elses fault, patience etc etc

There are loads of other places that sell the same stuff, around the same price

and deliver it far quicker without problems

Problem is, it's a gc from rebate points so the only way of getting out of here is to get this order out. Refund via pp is not an option. So i'm stuck in an endless loop it seems.
But if this is shipped, i'm definitely turning my back on FT for a while. I will be looking at the threads but i'm done ordering. It just isn't worth all the hassle.

In what country is this shipment failing security check?

It never passes the security check in Beijing. And it's only a couple of tanks, battery wraps and a wasp cap. I'm tired of always have to come back to this. Makes me look like a crying baby.

Would have been interesting to see how this would have been handled had you paid with money instead of rebate points. No threat of chargeback or any other recourse with rebate points. That's why I refuse to pay with bought gift certs or Bitcoin.
