WTF has Fasttech done to piss off the China Postal system?? Could you stop doing it please? Pay off whoever you gotta pay off, deny another massacre, do whatever you need to do. I'm tired of my orders ricocheting around China like Anderson Cooper in a gay ice cream parlor for a month or more. Shows "dispatched overseas", or "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada" and 5 fucking days later, its back in Hungdog,or Flungdung again! And it just keeps repeating this crap over and over and over and over and over.
Other Chinese online companys I deal with don't have this problem. Not AE or BG or XD or any of the Chinese sellers on EB JUST FASTTECH.
If a lap dance for your local Postmaster would fix things, I'll definitely contribute a few $. I'm all about solutions.
But a month to leave China? it was shipped before your holiday and still is going nowhere. And don't even think of crying COVID. The biggest mystery on the planet, is why there is a shortage of postal workers, when so many people are out of work. The only thing that comes to mind, is if they hired those unfortunate people, the cat would be out of the bag as to how slack things are at the old Post Office, and the new hires would shame them into actually working.

Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I checked the tracking information found the package has been returned for times in January due to the customs security checking issue. But it has arrived in Canada on Jan 28 and out of delivery on Feb 5, then the tracking information only shows:Delivery delayed to next business day. So we think it needs to contact Canada Post to help you deliver the package. We have asked our post office to urge the delivery, but we are still waiting for their update news. They suggest you to contact your local post for help, then you will receive it sooner. All the other ePacket packages are processing normally and delivered. So we think this is the special issue, hope you can get the package very soon, if there is any news from your local post, please kindly let us know, so we can forward to our post and ask them how should we do to help you solve the problem. Please don't worry.
About the new order which shipped in February, it has been returned from customs as it is failed to pass the security checking. The post will resend it out as soon as possible. We have contacted our post to check the problem now, if it will be returned to our warehouse, we will refund the money for you. Thank you.

This is not the same order. Had you read the post, the I one mentioned in this thread, still is in China. I have not even bothered to submit a service ticket about this one yet.
The one you are posting about, is the subject of a service ticket. That one at least made it out of China. Had you read the service ticket, you would have seen, that right at the very top, I explained that before I contacted Fasttech, I initiated an investigation with Canada Post, and Canada Post asked that I have Fasttech contact them. I included this at the beginning of the ticket.
From Canada Post. Please contact them.

Our investigation into your request indicates that no scan has been uploaded to the Canada Post tracking system to indicate delivery of your item.
We appreciate the concern associated with this shipment. At Canada Post, we strive to provide exceptional service and the best delivery experience possible and security of the mail is a top priority at Canada Post.

No, they are not. I did "supply news from my local post",and I did let you know, They asked that

So you see, I cannot do any more. And " security checking" ? How can an order with a nylon strap, and a wire saw not make it through export security? 7 times so far, it has supposedly left China. How can an item on a plane magically end up back in China?
Less BS, more fixing. And I'm not worrying, PayPal has always had my back. I'm just annoyed that Fasttech can't be bothered to read service tickets, and thinks there are no shipping issues. read the post before this one, same thing as mine. Bouncing around China, never leaving. Issue.

um no, that is not the "definition" of insanity. That is a quote attributed to Albert Einstein, who was incorrect in his assumption. Open a dictionary and read the definition of insanity. I hate when people roll out the "doing the same thing is bad" argument. ABC! Always Be Consistent!
