This order was shipped by ground shipping, so it may need 25-55 working days for delivery. The package is still on the way. This is a LARGE part of the problems Ft continues to encounter with shipping

it was shipped on Monday 28/02/2022 and is still untraceable on the system today

Ordered on 20/02/2022 8 days to package and ship which I was aware of

yet still no information for customers

5 days after it was shipped, if indeed it has been shipped?

@macranife, Annie is looking this up right now and will tell us both what's going on shortly.

About whether it has been shipped: I know you can only take my words for it but, FastTech's package photos shown in the order details page are 100% real. They are only taken when an order has been packed and is ready to go.

Edit: the 4PX reference package was sent out from Hong Kong as the origin shows "ShaTian", which is a wrong spelling of Shatin, Hong Kong.

We recently looked into this in depth. Most, if not all, "faster" shipping references originated from Hong Kong, not China -- so much for being one country.

We looked into establishing the same routes, but there has been difficulties -- Hong Kong's blanketing vape-ban law that is coming into effect in 3 weeks from now being the major reason. We haven't given up on this yet.

I do not doubt your words at all, but

I would point out "Ready to go" does not mean "Shipped"

and a picture of a package proves nothing, other than it has been packaged

there are still very serious problems with regard to your shippers or shipping agents

after months of assertions by FT that the issues would be addressed.



I realise that your compeditors may be able to ship from Hong Kong

however as a customer it makes little difference to me where it is shipped from

but makes a huge difference in the way it is tracked and delivered

I do hope these issues are corrected as soon as possible

but I am rapidly running out of hope because it contiues to occur

Dear macranife, sorry for the undue delay with your order. This UK Expedited Service is a new shipping method recently added to give more options for UK customers. We always keep monitoring the shipping status of the new shipping methods. The packages shipped earlier last week via this new method are all went fine until the COVID-19 outbreak in Hong Kong became quite severe this week.

The initial tracking status is provided by a carrier located in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, this carrier is suffering from a severe processing backlog caused by Hong Kong's biggest COVID wave that is currently ramping up.

As a result, tracking will likely be delayed by a few days. We have posted a thread earlier last week regarding this delay. But we are sorry for not contacting you in time because we were confirming with the carrier earlier today after the routine check on packages.

Given the situation might last for some time, we are discussing the handling of these shipping methods that dispatch from Hong Kong airport and will update the thread with further actions we take toward it.

I will take care of your package personally and keep you updated on Monday.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. And we are truly grateful for your patience and understanding.
