@macranife, when I saw those words support staffs/Annie wrote, I had reservations too. On Saturday I checked the warehouse and the packages were actually shipped (as in given to the carrier).
This is our priority until it's resolved. We will provide updates again today.
From time to time the community mentions service staffs' language issues. While language use problems definitely exist, cultural differences cause much bigger issues. When something seems acceptable in Chinese, it's automatically assumed to be okay in English as well and gets directly translated. We apologize for incorrect messages.

I appreciate and share the same feeling. Proactive problem detection is what we have been working on in Jan/Feb, and I had to yell at the people over this. I believe some of them need to be let go.
