Resolved: as of today, all packages (except for one) are moving normally inside USPS' network.

The one package that is in the USPS system (but not moving) belong to a customer who is not in this thread. We have contacted them directly via email and we're following up.

This is the final update on this matter. Thank you everyone for your patience.

Well, there's one more issue. My package is listed as delivered on 2/28, but I never received it. I contacted my local USPS office and they said the tracking number I have (9400111200830438017826) was NOT linked to my address. It was delivered to the address listed on the package.

Is there anything that can be done by FT, or am I going to have to take the loss?

According to the following links my packages have been delivered but they have not.

So far I have received only one package (OVMS GSM Antenna) the rest of my items appear to be lost. Now what do I do???

PS. I just visited the USPS website and they also say the packages were delivered. But the delivery times don't make any sense. They claim that they delivered on Mar 28 @ 3:06pm and then again on Mar 28 @ 5:15pm. I've lived here 30+ years and have never seen the USPS make two deliveries in a single day. They also say that they delivered again today Mar 29 @ 2:12pm but my mailbox had only letters and junk mail in it. Something isn't right.

@wes_westhaver Your experience is the same as mine. I received my mail yesterday at the usual time (about 11:30AM). While the package from FT was listed as Out For Delivery, it was not delivered with my mail. The status for the FT package changed to Delivered at 2:48 PM that day hours after my mail actually arrived.

When I spoke with the Postmaster at my local PO today she verified (using their internal tracking that is far more detailed than the tracking info on their website) that the package with that tracking number was not associated with my address, and was delivered to the address on the package.

My thoughts are that either I received the wrong tracking number and the package is still in transit, or that the wrong address was used when the package got re-labeled after clearing customs.

Update: it looks like the carrier messed up tracking/packages. They have so far been unable to determine why but we suspect that at LA, they mixed up some of the packages when they relabeled the original AG***CN by USPS tracking numbers.

Tomorrow morning our time (in about 12 hours), we will go through all 60 affected orders again, and for those that are showing delivered, we'll contact every customer to individually confirm whether they have received their orders.

For customers who's status is still showing movements in the USPS system, we will monitor progress and contact them after "deliveries" are made.

If your package was delivered correctly to you, we would appreciate if you could let us know either here, or through email after we contact you tomorrow.

This carrier has not been as forthcoming as they should have. We are prepared to refund customers out of our pockets and terminate relationships with the carrier.

We highly appreciate your patience while we work on this.

EDIT: we have begun contacting customers as described above. This process may take a couple of hours.

Well, I've given the 3 packages an additional 48 hours to see if they would arrive but so far nothing has been delivered even though the tracking website says they were delivered.

I sure hope this comes to a good conclusion. I really don't want to think I just lost 200+ dollars.

I use 17track? (Link provided by FT shipping details) and it go to L.A. but back in NYC soon.

Maybe the problem is bad info to carrier given by USPS?

Guy lives up the road who used to or still does run USPS. He might as well be on Mars with elon musk.

Our postal system isn't as robust as it could be. I think our postmaster general is ready to surrender.

I contacted the post office today and gave them one of the tracking numbers:

USPS Tracking Number: 9400111200881216643515

They told me that the number did not belong to my home address. So it looks like the tracking numbers got mixed up.

Now what???
