Help!My package was "out for delivery" on the 26th at 8:19 AM. It's now the 27th, my mailman has passed by, and the package has yet to be delivered

With a status of "Out for delivery" at 8:19 AM, my package should've arrived that same day (26th). It's now the 27th and it's not going to arrive today. What the hell is going on here?

Not sure how FT can assist with your local delivery personnel and their methods. Out for delivery means your local mail center scanned it in for delivery/put it on their truck and its out for delivery. I'd call your delivery center and give them the tracking number for more info as they're the ones with the package.

I tried contacting my local delivery center.

The first number I dialed, no one picked up.

Then I tried calling the 800 number, but there's no option to transfer me to my local branch.

It'd be nice if FastTech support could help out.

Edit: I also tried filing a claim with USPS but, since the package shipped from China (or it has a Chinese tracking number), the package doesn't show up in their system.

Give it a few extra days. I have had this happen with USPS... And yes they will refuse to attempt to track the package if it isn't a standard USPS number. Shitty business practice.



Might be a chance, your mail person is just as lazy, and deliver the packages by truck after he's done with regular paper mail.

I spoke with the mailman and I don't think it's his fault. He seems like a genuinely nice person and was eager to help, but says he hadn't seen the package and the best course of action was to contact the delivery center.

BTW, I'm still trying to contact the delivery center, but no one picks up the phone.

Don't get too caught up, I'm willing to bet ft will reship your order if you don't get it, but usps is wacky, may have been on wrong mail truck, so many possible things, check under your orders here, click the tracking link and it'll show the movement from China to your zip code. Seems my stuff gets a new usps number here, so there's 2 numbers

Sometimes mine don't even show up on usps, they just arrive, most do show under informed delivery... I've had them say estimated 5/25 and not show for a week or 2 more, some later orders show up first, a lot of it seems to be usps, it's not a well built online system

And it's now Sunday morning in China, expect replies to come tomorrow , maybe late night, or an extra day if it's a holiday

We have asked our carrier to check your package status this morning and wait for their confirmation. We have emailed you and will keep you updated on the ticket.

The post office is claiming that it's an incorrect address and the item got RETURNED TO SENDER.

I've ordered to this address quite a bit and my order history will prove that. Nothing has changed and I double checked the address.

I don't think it's a FastTech issue, but it's looking like it will take an entire month now to receive my order because of this mistake.

I called up the USPS 1-800 number and it says to contact the sender. So here we are; I need FastTech to contact USPS and correct the issue.

I really wish FastTech would provide the USPS Tracking Number like they did only after my package was returned to sender. The 17track site they use can take up to 72 hours to update and this issue would've been caught the same day if I just had the USPS Tracking Number.
