You guys really have to read up on the recent announcement by the health minister. Go join vape fam australia and read up on the situation. Nicotine imports, no matter the concentration, will be banned from July 1st. Not a drill, if these juices you're ordering from fasttech contain nicotine, I really doubt it'll be processed by the Australian Border Force before July 1st. Anything processed after, will be confiscated and you may be subject to a fine of up to 220,000AUD

Hello kyoichi and borsuk,

The shipping way which ships liquid to Australia is still suspended. When the shipping way is resumed, we will send message for you in ticket.

Thank you for your support.

@anniepan read my comment above. You need to discontinue shipping to Australia for all nicotine containing e-liquids. By continuing to do so, fasttech is putting their Australian customers at risk of huge fines

Hello Eugene94,

Thanks for your feedback.

I have forwarded this information to our related department, they will confirm with our shipping carriers first. Of course, if it has risk to ship liquid to Australia, the shipping method will not open again. Hope you can understand.

The risk of being fined or having e-liquid containing nicotine seized/confiscated by Customs lies with the customer, not FastTech. A permit to import e-liquids containing nicotine can be applied for and obtained.

Just ask for the label to be peeled off and customs will be none the wiser. I also regularly import cigarettes from overseas through the post and when customs rarely stop them, you just get a seizure letter and no fine. I think the tens of thousand dollar fine from importing nicotine products is if you import commercial quantities ect.

Fair enough. As for permits to import nicotine for use as a smoking cessation aid, it seems that only pharmacies and healthcare providers who apply for a permit will be able to import nicotine to prescribe to patients. DJ are you Australian? Have you seen the announcement?

And djames12 the announcement specified that ABF will be testing liquids suspected of containing nicotine. But I don’t know if that was always the case
