worst and worst
Fasttech was a goood shop but it become worst and worst !!!!

I've made an order january the 4th but i still have not received my order...
Fasttech playing with my nerve, asking me to wait to be refund : WTF !!!!
I have to make a paypal claim.... but it seems that fasttech strategy is to win time and refuse to refund their customers !
Congratulation you win 20 dollars but you loose more that 400 dollars by year.

I Will not make an order anymore !!!!

I want my money back !!!!

Make a ticket. You'll get a reply such as ... So Very Sorry ... blah blah... covid ... blah blah blah ... Holiday ... blah blah blah ... ... blah blah blah ... hope you can understand.

Ft makes lots on the daily interest earned on the money they hold. They will NEVER do a refund if they can hold you off with excuses. It's called COMPOUND INTEREST.

We’re all reading the same story over and over on the forum, but my experience has been lucky. Some orders just went through (Feb. March) got stuck to the point where tracking app stalled for two months and eventually labeled them as expired... and still the parcel arrived just days after I opened a ticket.

In that kind of environment it’s a tricky exercise to run a business if you can’t rely on the tracking system. I don’t blame FT for taking some time before refunding. I’m sure they will sort it out eventually. They always have for me. I go refunds for orders that never arrived or stuff that didn’t work.;
