yup definitely nut huggers. when a company is quick to take the money but once theres issues with item arriving as promised (which was 25 days). And i have patiently waited for them to resolve the issue over that 25 days since there might some shipping delays. I asked kindly for a refund. what does their customer support person say? oh give us another 2 weeks. i waited 2 weeks, now they say give them some days? yea just give me a refund. Thats all. ive been nothing but patient with them. This company is a joke. If you take my money and give me the run around, i dont give a f*ck if im childish.

there aint no shipping delay. tracking they sent me has been on label created for 2 months! They havent even shipped it out.

Then deal with it through the ticket system, rather than pointlessly going into one on the forum. It achieves nothing practical.

I order stuff from China all the time (mainly electronic components) and haven't noticed any delays from anywhere else.
