I have over squonked a lot with my Citadel lately. Is there a RDA that will help?

Squonk an RDTA then you can see what you are doing.

Any top airflow RDA will help.

Examples:

• Sentinel RDA (22mm, single coil)
• Asmodus Blank RDA (24mm, single coil)
• Hellvape Dead Rabbit V2 RDA (24mm, dual coil)

These are off the top of my head. If you look around, you will more than likely find more of those.
But be aware that choosing top airflow usually means trading off some flavour.

Another solution for eliminating the risk of over-squonking is to use a RDTA that comes with a BF pin:
