The package failed security check 15 times over 3 months and customer support weren't helpful, claiming they couldn't do anything about it. They could have phoned the place where the package was being repacked and had it returned to them but they refused to do it. So I filed a PP dispute and got my money back.
That's the way you do it. But IIRC this purchase was all rebate points, no money exchanged, therefore no recourse.
