@anniepan, need a solution asap
Hi Anniepan, really getting sick of this. Both orders are again returned from Beijing to Guangzhou. This has been going on since october so i need a solution now.

I had the same thing happen to me but with a different site.

The package failed security check 15 times over 3 months and customer support weren't helpful, claiming they couldn't do anything about it. They could have phoned the place where the package was being repacked and had it returned to them but they refused to do it. So I filed a PP dispute and got my money back.

You won't get a response now from FT until the 18th I'm afraid.

It's twelve inches long, but don't use it as a rule...

That's the way you do it. But IIRC this purchase was all rebate points, no money exchanged, therefore no recourse.

Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

Hi Anniepan, ok for the refund. I will have to ship it to another adresse since the shipping method i used was the ony one available for my country. So i will ship it to someone i know in another country.
