@analogueman well the idear was to stop, so reducing NIC over the 2 years worked for me, then I started on my family, since then my son has quit, no more vape, no smoking, daughter in law also quit, I got them all the same at the time, those cheap Vamo tubes, and Nautilus on top, some of my old reviews show the pictures.

So they and me stopped, but very bad health (mental) got me smoking again
