A 0.4 will be SAFE
He may well end up finding a 0.4 ohm build on a series mech is to his liking,
0.4 Ohms on a single coil series mech mod?
No, 0.8 and higher ohms are safe.
Stop this.
It is not out of the question that he tries a dual coil RDA (as suggested by 3 different members) instead of a single coil RTA which is not so forgiving.
You probably didn't realise that I was still typing this post while other posts were made referencing single coil builds - my post was a continuation of the recommendation to use a dual coil RDA, rather than recommending a single coil build.
0.40 on a stacked 21700 mech is safe for the batteries - but as I suggested, building higher and lowering gradually ohms is preferable to building low and gradually increasing the resistance to find a build that isn't too hot for comfort.
