Best bang for the buck
I am out of the loop and could use some opinions on performance and value. I'm looking for a new MTL tank and a single 18650 battery mod. The smaller the better. What are some of the best priced performers? Hidden gems? All opinions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

For a mtl and best bang for the buck, i would go for SKU 9691744 and the istick30/40 or the vapor storm puma baby 80w for the compact aspect or the SXK CinqueTerre Styled 70W even if I doubt a 16mm tank would look good on it.
We can't agree on everything.

One of the cheapest single 18650 mod here, good for VW, TC is trash, a good "beater mod". Lightweight, and fairly small, reviews suggest it's a pretty good for the bucks, available in more colours.

The one and only Dvarw. Multiple airflow options, and 3 different size tanks, the 2ml one is TINY AF!
There is also cheaper versions, with less airflow options, or with only one tank (SKU 9727586) and there is also the previous version, the V2 is also cheaper (SKU 9652194).

I have both the FL and V2 and these are my favorite tanks... (also a 24mm FL and a 16mm one :D )

There is cheap top fill kits sold here too, I don't need them so I can't comment on them. Also here is a V2 with pre installed top fill tank. I certainly wouldn't buy this option tho SKU 9687130 But can't comment on this one either, Dvarw with top fill looks atrocious to me :)

I would also go for a Dvarw. The quality of the SXK Dvarw MTL FL 22 SKU 9727390 is excellent, it has 3.5ml capacity and the stock air insert is 1.2mm. There are no additional air inserts or spare tanks but for the price/quality I recommend getting it and an optional SXK insert pack. The white drip tip looks a bit meh IMO (but great to use) but there are loads of optional replacements.

Another I would recommend is the Kayfun Lite Plus 2021 version - don't bother with the 2019 version as it is prone to leaks through the 510 pin.

Both are great tanks IMO and both have plenty of optional tanks and spares. The Dvarw air inserts can be a bit of a faff, but once you find the one that suits you you are unlikely to ever need to change it.

I would be hard pressed to say which one I prefer, but many claim the flavour of the Kayfun is muted compared to the Dvarw (I don't), but the Dvarw is probably less of a gamble

Sorry didn't mean to let this thread go... life got in the way... Just placed an order for SKU 9728722 ... Ships in 3 days... The Pico Galen pointed out was in my cart until noticing 15 days to ship. I'm wanting the tank asap and didn't want the mod to slow it down.

I will probably buy the Dvarw 16mm version next...

A huge fan of the original Kayfun (own several)... Never tried any of the other iterations... Lite plus 2021 is on the radar ;)

I'm after the side by side more so then the BB styled bridge although since it comes with the option does SKU 97318497 work well? Also wonder if a drop to the floor sends the bits of the tank cage around the room for a fun puzzle/easter egg hunt combo.

Or am I missing the boat on a something that has come out in the last year or two? The swag II and original pico have been serving me well. I finally killed my several year old pico...

Also what is the istick 30 or 40?

Darn vapor that looks good. I bought the Pioneer 4 you 80 watt mod since I haven't bricked any mod yet with a yihi (or evolve).

That chip I don't have experience but you know how to do the homework. That weight is close to the sx mini v2 with I bet is a nice chip too.

The one you like is probably twice as tough for everything compared to my recent choice.

I will let you know what I find after I get to know it.

SKU 9728722 is nice, I have the same just in SS colour.

I have a sevo70 supbox too, while not my favourite it is a good single 18650 box mod, a bit wide for my liking but comfortable in hand and it's wide so it can accept boro tanks, 22mm dvarw with the 5ml tank is high enough for it too. I had no problem with it but I only used it a few months.
Oh also, i dropped it once or twice... it still working and still not a puzzle :D tho the glass tank broke inside that cage, don't know how... but replacing a glass tank is cheaper than replacing a mod :D
I think it's a good choice. Especially if you wanna try some boro bridges and tanks out. If you don't want do anything with boros than there are better choices out there I think... maybe not better in performance but smaller ones :)

SKU 97318497 is not working anymore what was that?

Your not missing any boat original Pico75 became non updateable with the new Type C update so no articfox for them, Swag 2 probably still the best Swag.
