I have two Dvarws MTL FL. In one I replaced the standard insert (1.2mm) with the 2*0.8mm and the result is very good, the draw is very similar but the flavor is even better (using a 30*2/40 Ni80 0.7 Ohms at 20 watts). In the other one I put the 2*2mm to try the atty in RDL and the result is awesome, amazing flavor and a draw slightly more open that the Ether in RDL (using a 28*2/38 Ni80 0.4 Ohms at 30 watts in both of them), but it is a little more noisy. Both options are perfect for me, so very happy with the results and I will keep them with this configuration.
