Design Value Performance Hit's hard after a little work
CONS
Switch assembly seems kind of cheap/flimsy Too many contact points
We got this for my wife, and for the first few weeks we had misfires and sub-par performance with various battery sizes. It's a beautiful mod, but I wasn't too keen on the fact that it has 4 or 5 separate connection points to deal with, and any one of them could add to voltage drop. The telescopic section is a connection point in itself, and we were losing a lot of power there, to the point that it was actually getting hot in the hand at the tail piece and center tele section. So last night I went to sanding and polishing each contact point in the switch assembly, and then rubbed and cleaned all connections and threads with iso alcohol. I screwed down all center posts til they were solid, and dropped in a fresh 18650 and tightened the tele section until there was ZERO play. And BAM! Sudden hammering hits. No hot spots. Pretty much perfection. I don't know how long that flimsy switch assembly is going to last but now that I've figured out how to keep this thing running well, I am kind of impressed with all the options for adaptability to different cell sizes. And you can put some attention into the threads and contact points from time to time to keep it hitting hard. Some may find this a bit tedious given the fact that many mech mods are simple and almost maintenance free. But if you like the 69 design and aesthetics, you can certainly make this thing work to your advantage. If you are getting hot spots, just make sure your pieces are threaded tightly together, and your center pins are all screwed down. You should be good. I'm not even sure how people are melting the plastic section of their switch. Haven't run into that at all.

PROS
Airflow options Huge build space Attractive Materials/construction Chuff/DT options Deep well Flavor/density
CONS
Airflow not as open as some might want, but no one will be disappointed in flavor density Fiddly top cap fitting - has to be just right to seat solid. Not really a con, just the way it is.
Madaotech. Never heard of them. But in a sea of more expensive authentic RDAs that all kinda look the same after a while, coupled with a larger flow of cheap clones of those same devices that are half-assed, here comes an inexpensive authentic RDA with innovative and unique design that blows a lot of the others away. Kudos to Madaotech. Extremely nice new offering. This RDA is attractive, solid, innovative (as I said) and barrows successful deck design along with bottom AND top airflow that works. With as much airflow as it has top and bottom, it's not as airy as I expected, and the vapor is THICK and hits you pretty hard. LOTS of flavor. Easy build deck with lots of room. My allen key fit the screws just fine. I placed both coils in the top holes to make sure I was utilizing both the top and bottom airflow. And BAM... 70 watts on a .3 build kicked my ass. I will be messing with various builds and wicking to find a sweet spot, but it is perfect how it is at the moment. Not sure there's enough open airflow to enter any cloud comps, but I don't think I ever want to Cloudzbro again anyway. The flavor is excellent. The thing DOESN'T leak. Fit and finish are perfect. The two delrin adapters fit perfectly, although the DT adapter is a tad tight for some of my DTs. But who cares? I loaded my build with a bunch of cotton as I'd be vaping this at higher wattage, and simply drip into the middle to avoid putting juice down the airflow... it saturates all the way through to the coils, and I get a good 1-2 ml in there before it seems to get close to over-dripping. After several good long pulls, short pulls, whatever, the cotton is vaped dry and perfectly white - so the wicking is totally utilized by the interesting airflow. YOu have the two sets of under-coil holes that MAYBE could have been bigger, and then you also have two 3-4mm holes positioned over each coil that feeds to 4 rectangular holes in the top can and an AFC ring to cut it off if you want. I didn't want. I love the air. It is a force of air, and it's awesome. As others may have mentioned, the top cap NEEDS to be on just right for the top air tubes to be positioned right over the coils, and there are grooves that ensure you can't seat the entire top assembly don't solid without finding though grooves. I haven't figured it out yet, so I spin the whole cap until it drops down and seats. You can vape it without it seated all the way down, but you want those ports over the top of your coils to get the most of it. It's interesting, and will become more intuitive the more I use it, so I'm not at ALL bothered by it. Extra glass may be a consideration, and I don't quite know what other replacement glass might fit, but at it comes, this thing is RAD. So to those I've discussed this with before who haven't gotten it yet - rest assured. It's great!

PROS
Big air No leaking gorgeous Flavor Tiny Lots of extras
CONS
Not sure I like the glass drip tip TINY deck, but doesn't affect vapor production
Alright, after being a UD fan and a fan of RTAs for a while, I am thoroughly impressed with this little beast, as it seems most are. Arrived as many photos in the review section show, but wasn't really expecting to be impressed with how many pieces actually come with it for the price. You simple cannot beat it. For a clone and for the price, holy shit. The quality is so good, I don't see how this isn't a UD manufactured "OEM" product. I have authentic UD stuff, and this meets them in terms of machining and quality. I built a couple of 2mm 26g coils and popped them in. Took a little adjustment with the tiny deck, but crammed them in, and then wicked, cutting the ends fluffy and short. The big air holes on the deck are unsettling in such a small area, but I wet and stuffed my cotton in best I could, then screwed the bottom section of the chimney over it all and then stuffed the cotton down over the juice channels the best I could, wondering if it would wick well enough, or if I would have juice spilling through the air holes. Yes on #1, and no on #2. Nailed it the first build. I forgot to change out the glass DT and adapter before I filled the tank, but not a big deal. Left the air wide open, and took my first draw at 50w on my iPV D2...i think it's a .3-.4 ohm build. I got pretty much a PERFECT vape. Thick, dense, flavorful vapor, and a nice open draw (which I like). Design wise, I totally expected this little guy to be a leaker, but UD and the "cloners" stuck to this excellent little design so well, that it actually works THAT well. Have had a full tank for an hour now, and have tried this tank on regulated devices and mechs, and it's just, as I said, perfect - aside from the glass DT. Something about it turns me off. Gets a little hot, maybe restricts airflow a little. I think I'd dig a wider bore, and I just don't like glass touching my mouth, maybe. The tiny deck is a pain to work with, but I'm not scared of it, and it seems to greatly enhance flavor while still delivering awesome airflow. Love it.

PROS
Beautiful, solid build Quality! Finish Thick metal Heat sink DRIP TIP Copper center pin connection BIG post holes That well Air holes nowhere near as restrictive as I expected
CONS
Negative post thumb screws too short Didn't come with accessories as indicated
I was VERY happy with the piece as I unpackaged it. Much better than I expected after reading some of the negative reviews here. Don't believe them. This is a high quality, solidly machined and build atty. I don't have the original, so I can't compare. But if the original is anything like this clone, it is well worth the $60 asking price, let alone the $13 I paid for this one. Negative post hole screws are too short on mine to secure any bare single strand wire under 24ga, so if you want to use the stock thumb screws, plan on twisting your wire or going with big wire. Or, maybe they'll correct this issue with future stock. I opened a ticket asking for replacement thumbscrews and the extra o-rings mine didn't come with, but were supposed to as indicated in the product details. Otherwise, this Vulcan clone is everything I could have wanted in a Vulcan clone. That deck/well, post design. HUGE post holes. The drip tip alone is awesome - giant big bore, and good size main hole under it. Air holes are not as restrictive as I expected, and the domed interior of the top cap coupled with the stock air flow = amazing flavor, if not a bit TOO strong with some of my juice, especially with that big bore DT. Copper contact/center pin delivers a noticeably harder hit with the same build that I have on my Gaia atty. But the Vulcan doesn't get as hot as the Gaia, and the Gaia has the same heat sink design and works wonderfully, so the heat sinking is even better on the Vulcan. Finish and fit are perfect. O-rings fit well and hold as intended. I like the contrast of the red o-rings. Looks cool. Like the original. Engraving is fine. Also, have a slight machine oil flavor with this one vaping my first build, so maybe wash the sucker out when you get it. It's not bad at all though. Bottom line: KILLER atty for the price, and a bad ass clone.

PROS
Beautiful fit/finish. Excellent quality for the price. Switch is great. Needs breaking in. Engravings are outstanding
CONS
Quality control - first one arrived with unusable 18650 tube. Messed up the mod trying to make it work. NOT a newb error. LOL.
I was exceedingly excited when I received mine. The threads were tight and gorgeous to the point of being sharp. Polished parts were near perfect, brushed SS parts immaculate - seems are pretty much invisible. Contact points are great, and with a little sanding even better. Switch is awesome. Now, I am fairly new to mech mods, so the one I received blew me away (been using a friend's "older" Nemesis clone), and I started it in 18350 mode. Adorable and tiny, hit really hard from the get go. Didn't even need much cleaning, but hit even harder after I cleaned the threads and polished the contacts. BUT...when I finally assembled in 18650 mode, I found that the top cap would not screw into the 18650 tube more than a couple turns. Everything else fits fine. Top cap to other tubes, other tubes to 18650 tube. But the 18650 tube and top cap simply don't agree, and they seized up so tight that I cut my fingers and dented up the other end of the 650 tube just trying to get them apart. No torching or cooling made it easier, and I think the thread tolerances are just TOO close with that tube. Total defect missed in quality control. I haven't read about that issue with anyone else, and it seems like just a disappointing fluke with mine. Still waiting on a trouble ticket with support. But based on everything else, I promptly put in an order for another one, assuming I will NOT get the same problem. We shall see. Because this first one I ordered is DOA for 18650 usage. Depending on the options support gives me, I may just keep it for 18650 mode backup, even though the top cap is not a bit scarred from trying to get the two arguing parts apart again. Was pretty upset at first, but I got over it. Bottom line recommendation I have for this product is VERY high, and I wouldn't discourage anyone for buying it, but we are all playing the Chinese lottery here, so just remember that. Some things may take time to sort out if they don't arrive perfect, and FT support is pretty damn good. I'm quite sure the second one I have on order will satisfy me in every way, and that support will probably come through about the first one.
