the top is stuck...need I say more?

The top-fill section is stuck. Using all my might, and a few other people's might, I managed to almost slice my hand off getting it to the "vape" position. Now I have a top-fill tank, that can only be filled from the bottom, and only about halfway full of juice. I'm 99% sure I got unlucky, and you'd be fine ordering this. But mine is junk. I've got a ticket out on it, so we'll see...
