They are fine. There's better pads available. I ordered this, and some LTQ vapor cotton pads. The LTQ pads are thicker so more wick out of a single pad. The top/bottom layers of these pads are complete shit tasting, so remove them and use the cotton in between.

I got mine 4 days ago. Was dry hitting really bad for first 2 days. Tried several variations of cotton wick until it stopped dry hitting. The coil was double twisted Nichrome 30ga wrapped 4-5 times on the wrapping rod that came with it. To stop dry hits: 1) Wrap tight with cotton, scottish roll. Use as much cotton as you practically can fit in there. 2) After building and wicking, run your screwdriver through the wick hole in the base 2-3 times to create some space for juice to move up through it. 3)Leave the tail in the tank only long enough to reach the bottom of the tank. I saw some video reviews with long tails and thought that's maybe the right way to do it. Anyway I'm no expert, this is what worked for me. Flavour is really really nice! The small chamber doing its magic - intense flavour and warm vape, that too at 1 Ohm on a mech. Goes really well with tobacco flavoured juices.

After I have had the juice for just over a week I can now detect a flavor and its quite pleasant to vape. I couldn't detect any flavor earlier as I wrote in my prev review. It is definitely something that may grow on me. Ordering more soon.

I bought it because I loved the blue screwdriver. It( the screwdriver) is so small and dinky and its mesmerizing blue colour just....mesmerized me. The handle ( mesmerizing blue part) is too small to grip properly, and spins if you try to over-tighten or loosen a tight screw. But screw that, its a mesmerizing blue colour! BTW the atty is fine, its my first RBA. Used the supplied coils first, they were fine for a coupla days, then switched to pre-built 1 Ohm with organic cotton. Just don't overfill it.

Wanted a mesh atty for a long time. Using this with 300grade mesh. Got the build in my first try. Using 30ga nichrome wire with 300ga SS mesh. The flavor is not perfect yet, will have to try more builds.
